Legends of Oz: Dorothy’s Return

Legends of Oz: Dorothy’s Return is an animated film directed by Will Finn (The Road to El Dorado, Home on the Range). Lea Michele provides the voice of Dorothy, returning from her first trip to Oz to a tornado-beaten Kansas. She doesn’t get much time to settle in though as she is quickly summoned back to Oz by her friends. An evil Jester (Martin Short) has thrown the magical land into chaos and is turning its people into marionettes. Joining forces with new and familiar faces, the fate of Oz is once again on Dorothy’s shoulders. The film co-stars Jim Belushi, Dan Aykroyd, Kelsey Grammer, Megan Hilty, Hugh Dancy, Oliver Platt, Bernadette Peters, and Patrick Stewart.

Legends of Oz: Dorothy’s Return is based on a book by L. Frank Baum’s great-grandson, Roger Stanton Baum titled Dorothy of Oz. The film features original music by Canadian singer-songwriter Bryan Adams.
