U.S. President Joe Biden’s every move continues to be scrutinized by the world, and the latest round of criticism comes following a press conference Thursday that many called an opportunity to restore order to the Democrat faction.

Yet, that’s not what happened — his speech was full of verbal stumbles, hesitation and a moment that many are calling out, when the 81-year-old introduces Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to the stage, referring to him as President Putin.
