Lane closures coming to Hamilton’s Red Hill Valley Parkway Friday

The City of Hamilton is warning residents of temporary lane closures on sections of the Red Hill Valley parkway on Friday for guardrail repairs.

The city says the right shoulder and east-side lane will be closed between Greenhill Avenue and King Street.

The northbound left shoulder and west lane of the parkway between the Queenston Road off-ramp and on-ramp will close first.

Following the completion of the western side, the southbound left shoulder and east lane will close.

The closure is expected to be on Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

The city says they understand the disruptiveness of lane closures and thank people for their patience.
