VIDEO: After weeks of testimony, the jury in Elon Musk’s civil case against OpenAI determined the Tesla CEO waited too long to sue. Monday the jury found his lawsuit was barred by the statute of limitations. Musk had sued OpenAI and it’s leaders including CEO Sam Altman, alleging Altman deceived him when OpenAI became a for-profit business after originally billing itself as a non-profit.
