Jury deciding fate of Richard Kachkar

The fate of a St Catharines man who killed a Toronto police officer with a snow plow is now in the hands of a jury.

Richard Kachkar has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder in the death of Sergeant Ryan Russell. Melissa Raftis was in a Toronto court today as the judge wrapped up his charge to the jury.
