VIDEO: In a new proposal discussed by U.S. President Donald Trump and his team Monday, Iran has offered to end it’s chokehold on the Strait of Hormuz if Washington agrees to lift it’s blockade and end the war. It comes after Trump made the last minute decision to cancel scheduled talks between his envoys and Iranian authorities over the weekend. Few details have been confirmed by the White House but reports suggest Iran is willing to open the Strait if certain concessions are made by the U.S. It also reportedly leaves certain key U.S. demands like the dismantling of Iran’s nuclear program off the table until a later stage in the process.
