Iran government has admitted their forces accidentally shot down the Ukrainian airliner

An admission from Iran saying it is in fact at fault for the deadly passenger jet crash that killed 57 Canadians.

Ukrainian airline flight 752 crashed Wednesday after takeoff from Tehran’s airport, killing 176 people, 138 destined for Canada.

Iran calls it a “disastrous mistake” that was made in response to “u-s adventurism.”
