Investigation is underway after two cargo ships collide in Welland Canal

In Welland, two people witnessed and captured the dramatic collision of the two cargo ships. The footage went viral sparking numerous reactions and the Seaways Management says it’s investigating the cause of the crash. Jason Gaidola has the details
