Hospitals to pause all non-urgent surgeries to preserve critical care capacity

The new restrictions also mean hospitals will have to postpone thousands of non-emergency surgeries and procedures once again. The C-E-O of Ontario Health says 8 to 10 thousand procedures will be pushed back every week. Kelly Botelho has the details.
