Holiday train stops in Hamilton
The CP holiday train rolled into Hamilton Saturday night.
More than 500 people gathered to take in the festivities at Gage Park. Over the course of the holidays, the train visits more than 150 communities.
The spectacle encourages people to donate food and money to local food banks and organizations. The tradition began in 1999 and has raised nearly $6.5 million dollars and 2.6 million pounds of food in Canada and the U.S.
