Heated exchanges at Hamilton city hall over water operators strike

Some frustration Tuesday morning at City Hall in Hamilton as striking water employees held up people inside their vehicles for hours causing long lines and some heated exchanges.

This after the Water Association Union went on strike almost a week ago.
