James St. N lined with recycling after schedule change confusion

For years, the many businesses that call Hamilton’s James Street North home have put their recycling out on Monday, for it to be picked up on Tuesday.

Like clockwork, dozens of businesses did exactly that but changes in that time-old-trash-collecting-tradition, could leave blue bins lining the street until Thursday.
