Hamilton website struggles

Updated One day after its launch, the city of Hamilton’s ‘Our Voice’ website is getting lots of feedback about a lack of local knowledge on the site.

A response to one of the first tweets to @ourhamilton asked what HSR stands for. Ever since, people in the city have shared their outrage on social media – wondering who doesn’t know that public transit here goes by the acronym for Hamilton Street Railway. Lisa Hepfner looked into the snafu today.
