Hamilton police service board approves plan to divvy up $2.1M in budget surplus

The Hamilton police service board has approved a plan to divide up more than two million dollars in surplus money from its 2020 budget. The service says the surplus is driven by unexpected savings on a number of items, some of which police say are directly related to the pandemic. Matt Ingram reports.
