Hamilton police officer resigns

A Hamilton police officer has resigned before Police Services Act charges against him could be heard.

42 year old Douglas McKee faced a charge of discreditable conduct for having sex in plain view of neighbours in November.

He had been suspended since October, when he was arrested after a theft from a construction site.
