Hamilton police say they’re looking for four people after a break-in and theft from a farm on Concession 5.
On Oct. 2 around 3:40 p.m., investigators say three men and a woman arrived at the farm and engaged some of the staff in conversation.
Once the staff were distracted, two of the men broke into the house on the property and stole a small amount of cash.
Police say the pair were confronted by another worker, and said they were looking for their brother. Shortly thereafter, they left with the other suspects.
Investigators describe the group as follows:
Suspect 1: Female, small build, wearing a white head scarf, and prescription glasses.
Suspect 2: Male, heavy build, with short hair and a goatee, wearing a black t-shirt with ‘BOSS’ written on the front.
Suspect 3: Male, with a full beard, wearing a white ‘LA’ baseball hat and sunglasses.
Suspect 4: Male, with short black hair and a thin moustache, wearing a denim jacket with ‘Von Dutch’ on the back.
Officers say all four people drove away in a grey 2007-2010 Dodge Avenger that was missing a front license plate.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Chris Button of the Criminal Investigations Branch at 905-546-2377 or via email at cbutton@hamiltonpolice.ca.
