Hamilton police continue to investigate armed robbery on Concession Street

Hamilton police are continuing to investigate an armed robbery that took place at a cannabis shop on Concession Street.
Investigators say the robbery took place around 9:15 p.m. on May 2, when two men with handguns entered Sparkle Cannabis and began threatening employees.
Police say the men made off with items from the store, and no injuries were reported.
The pair was last seen fleeing southbound on East 32nd Street. Investigators are requesting homeowners and businesses in the area to please check their CCTV cameras for additional information that could lead to their arrest.
Police describe the suspects as follows:
Suspect 1
- White male, approximately 5’6” tall with curly long brown hair.
- Believed to be in his mid-20’s.
- Last seen wearing a dark coloured sweater, light coloured pants, black shoes and a surgical mask.
Suspect 2
- White male, approximately 5’6” tall with short light-coloured hair.
- Last seen wearing a black hoodie, blue medical gloves, light coloured shoes and a surgical mask.
