A community group in Hamilton hosted an event on Saturday that brought post-incarcerated youth and police together through basketball.

For the 18th year, Hamilton Police, mentors and youth who spent time behind bars took to the basketball court.

The game between Liberty for Youth’s Prodigal Sonz and the police all-star team took place at Hamilton District Christian High School.

Saturday’s events included a dunk contest, barbeque and awards.
