Hamilton man charged with sex assault

A Hamilton man has been arrested for sexual assault after he responded to a babysitting ad online.

Police say two teenage girls were allegedly assaulted in an apartment building on Jackson Street West in Hamilton after he contacted them to babysit his eight year old son.

It turned out that the man never had a child.

28 year old Nasim Akbari has been charged with sexual assault.
