A Hamilton lawyer is facing a disciplinary hearing Friday, after allegedly failing to co-operate with a spot audit of his practice.

the Law Society of Upper Canada says Demetrius Kotsakis neglected to respond to follow-up letters, emails and phone calls from them about the audit. It’s also alleged he failed to keep proper records of his law practice. It’s reported Kotsakis won’t face disbarment in the case.
