Hamilton Justice Bernd Zabel says a July attack on a GO bus driver was a hate crime. Rocco Vietri pleaded guilty and received the maximum sentence for the violent assault in front of Jackson Square.

The crown called it one of the worst Offences by one of the worst offenders.
