Hamilton Health Sciences says it will keep mask requirements in place for its hospitals.

Medical masks will be provided at hospital entrances. Visitors and patients who choose to wear their own mask will need to wear an N-95 or KN-95 mask.

Individuals who refuse to properly wear a mask will not be permitted in any hospitals. Staff and physicians will also continue to follow personal protective equipment requirements.

Hamilton Health Sciences says it will continue to pay close attention to COVID-19 rates and will adjust its protocols cautiously when it is both safe to do so and permitted by the province.
