Hamilton Harbour’s 8th annual Fishing Derby

About 2,000 kids participated in the 8th annual Hamilton Harbour Fishing Derby on Saturday.

The fishing derby brought together kids of all ages and gave them the chance to engage in activities and educational programs.

1,000 free fishing rods were given to kids 12 and under who didn’t have their own equipment.

Prizes were awarded to the winners who caught the longest fish in five different categories as well we three age groups.
