Hamilton city council to debate an amendment to the nuisance bylaw for the smell and light from marijuana

Many celebrate 420 but the city of Hamilton is looking to crack down on those who have been getting through loopholes in the cannabis legislation. On Wednesday, council will debate a proposed amendment to the city’s nuisance by-law that would look to make the smell of marijuana and the light that’s used in its cultivation as possible offences.
