Hamilton bus driver assaulted

A 23 year old stoney creek man is facing charges in connection with several assaults in the downtown core, including one on a Hamilton bus driver.

On saturday, police say a driver was slapped in the face through the window of the bus.

Moments later, two other people were punched in the face near Wilson and Hughson Streets.

Police say alcohol was a factor.

No one was seriously injured.
