Hamilton aids walk

People came together for a good cause at Gage Park in Hamilton on Sunday.

About 75 walkers gathered together for Aids Walk Hamilton, which raises awareness and support for people whose lives have been affected by HIV or aids.

The boards of directors president of The Aids Network, Tim McClemont, says the walk raised money for food programs in the region.

McClemont says Sunday’s walk surpassed their goal of $15,000.
