Halton police investigate after crash on Guelph Line traps 3 people

Police have closed a portion of Guelph Line in Milton after a two-vehicle crash this afternoon trapped three people with serious injuries.
Officers say they responded to a crash at around 2 p.m. on Guelph Line between Campbellville Road and Side Road 10 in Milton.
Emergency crews found three people trapped in their vehicles – one person in one vehicle and two people in the second.
Police say that all three were successfully removed from their vehicles and were transported to hospital with non life-threatening but serious injuries.
Officers have closed the portion of Guelph Line between Side Roads 5 and 10 during the investigation with plans to reopen in about 1.5 to two hours.
Halton police made a post on X at around 2:30 p.m. that they closed the road because of the crash and ask residents to avoid the area.
