Halton police call it a seat belt check, but drivers say they were checking for more

Drivers getting onto the QEW at Bronte road were being stopped by police this afternoon. One viewer says he was asked where he was going.

But Halton Regional Police say they were conducting seat belt checks and were not solely checking if drivers were complying with lockdown orders.
