Halton police arrest Hamilton man for indecent acts on GO trains

Halton police have arrested a 41-year-old Hamilton man for committing indecent acts on GO trains in May and June.

Investigators initially notified the public that a man had been seen allegedly masturbating in the presence of women on GO trains on two separate occasions.

The first indecent act happened in the evening of May 7. The second incident happened shortly after 11 p.m. on May 10.

In the early morning hours of June 17, authorities arrested Jonathan Gordon after he exited a train at West Harbour GO Station.

Officers say that two additional similar occurrences involving Gordon took place on May 8 and June 12.

Neither of the women involved sustained any physical injuries.

Gordon has been charged with four counts of indecent act.
