Halton police have arrested a Brampton man they say is responsible for an indecent act on a GO train in April.

Investigators say that on April 26 around 4:12 p.m., while onboard a GO train travelling from Burlington to Toronto’s Union Station, a man allegedly masturbated over his pants while staring at a woman.

Authorities charged the 44-year-old man Saturday with one count of an indecent act and released him on an undertaking ahead of his court appearance.
