Hadfield holds news conference in orbit

For the first time since taking over command of the International Space Station, Canadian Chris Hadfield has held a news conference.

It may come as a bit of a surprise that this is only Hadfield’s first contact with the media since being named commander of the ISS because in the short time he’s gone from being well-known within NASA, to being one of the most famous people in Canada. And as Sean Leathong explains, it’s all been done through social media.
