Guns, drugs and cash seized from two Hamilton homes
Four people are facing criminal charges after police executed search warrants at two homes in Hamilton and seized drugs, guns and cash.
Members of the Hamilton Police Vice and Drug Unit searched a home on Thorndale Cres. Wednesday and found $15,000 worth of fentanyl, heroin and methylphenidate (Adderall) as well as some cash.
One man has been charged with possession for the purpose of Trafficking and proceeds of crime.
The second search warrant was executed by the Guns and Gangs Unit and the Emergency Response Unit at a house on Parkdale Ave.
Officers say they found a loaded firearm, heroin, fentanyl, marijuana, prescription drugs, cocaine and crack cocaine inside the home.
Three others are facing several counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, prohibited firearm and other related firearms charges.
