Guidance counsellor attacked by student with knife at Oakville high school

Halton Police have arrested two young people after a student armed with a knife attacked a guidance counsellor.

Staff members at White Oaks Secondary School on Montclair Drive in Oakville Ont. worked quickly to calm the student before police arrived.

The guidance counsellor suffered minor cuts and did not receive medical attention.

Police are currently investigating to determine what criminal charges will be laid.
