Gore Park remembrance ceremony

Canadians across the country took time on Friday to remember those who have served in the armed forces. Today, the city of Hamilton honoured the area’s local veterans.

The annual veterans’ parade marched from the James Street Armouries to Gore Park for a memorial service. Canadian veterans, Hamilton garrison units and cadets all took part in today’s events.
