GO Transit adding more trips between Toronto, Hamilton and Niagara

GO Transit is increasing bus and train services between Toronto and the Golden Horseshoe Area.
Starting Sept. 7, GO will be resuming one rush-hour trip in each direction between Niagara Falls and Union Station.
An eastbound train will leave Niagara Falls GO at 6:39 a.m., running express from Clarkson GO, and will arrive in Toronto at 9 a.m.
A westbound train from Union Station will depart at 5:17 p.m., running express to Clarkson GO, and will arrive at Niagara Falls GO at 7:38 p.m.
Four eastbound weekday morning trips from Hamilton GO Centre will now depart at 5:52 a.m., 6:22 a.m., 6:52 a.m., and 7:22 a.m. They will make all stops to Clarkson GO then run express to Union Station arriving at 7 a.m., 7:30 a.m., 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. respectively.
Four westbound weekday evening trips from Union Station will now depart at 3:47 p.m., 4:17 p.m., 4:47 p.m., and 5:47 p.m. and run express to Clarkson GO, then make all stops to Hamilton GO Centre arriving at 4:57 p.m., 5:27 p.m., 5:57 p.m. and 6:57 p.m. respectively.
GO Transit has also added three new eastbound weekend trips from West Harbour GO in Hamilton at 5:13 a.m., 6:13 a.m. and 7:13 a.m., arriving at Union at 6:30 a.m., 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.
Officials say hourly service will continue on weekdays on the Lakeshore West line from 8 p.m. onward, with the last trip of the night in both directions replaced by bus service.
