Getting paid for giving blood

It would be the first of its kind in Ontario: a facility that will pay people who give blood.

Canadian Plasma Resources doesn’t have a licence or the go-ahead from the federal government yet, but as Cindy Csordas reports it’s optimistic things will get started this year. However some people are saying being paid for giving blood is immoral.
