Friday night H.S. football

In high school football action, the Bishop Ryan Celtics were on the turf at St. Thomas More to take-on the Knights Friday afternoon.

In front of a packed house, the Knights delighted the home crowd, scoring first, getting strong play from their defence before adding another score. It was a close game, but the Knights defence held the Celtics to just 8 points.

Final score: Bishop Ryan 8, St. Thomas More 15
