Four teens arrested, charged after pharmacy robbery in Oakville

Halton police have arrested and charged four male teenagers in connection to a pharmacy robbery in Oakville on Friday.
Officers say the suspects entered the Pharmasave Pharmacy located at 225 Speers Rd. where they demanded staff to open the safe, while one person pointed a handgun at the employee.
Investigators say all four suspects went behind the counter and stole narcotics and cash before fleeing in a light-coloured SUV.
No physical injuries were sustained as a result of the robbery.
While police were responding to the call, patrol officers located and tried stopping the getaway vehicle, however, the driver failed to stop for police.

Officers say the suspect vehicle, which was reported stolen from Peel, came into contact with police vehicles and the four teenagers were then arrested.
A 16-year-old male from Maple has been charged with:
- Robbery with a Firearm
- Disguise with Intent
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000
- Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose
- Pointing a Firearm
- Dangerous Operation
- Flight from a Peace Officer
Both 17-year-old and 15-year-old males from Brampton, and a 14-year-old male from Toronto have been charged with:
- Robbery with a Firearm
- Disguise with Intent
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000
- Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose
Police have seized the stolen narcotics, cash and pellet gun, which is believed to be the weapon used in the robbery.
All four suspects were held in custody pending a bail hearing.
