Former Dundas councillor Russ Powers has been selected as new ward 5 Hamilton councillor

A new ward 5 Hamilton city councillor has been chosen to replace Chad Collins, who vacated his position when he was elected as an M-P in September. But as Sylvie Lendvay reports, the new councillor is actually an old councillor.
