The Ford government needs to hire 37,000 PSWs and nurses within the next 3 years if the to meet its long-term care investment goals.

Ontario’s fiscal watchdog says in addition to hiring tens of thousands of new healthcare workers, the Ford government will also need to ramp up the number of long-term care beds in use.
