New details emerging Tuesday night about the deadly crash of an Air Canada express flight in New York. The U.S. National Transportation Safety Board say a runway warning system didn’t trigger an alarm because the truck involved in the crash lacked a key piece of equipment. The update coming as the two pilots identities have been revealed as Antoine Forest of Quebec and Mackenzie Gunther, who graduated from Seneca college in the GTA.
