Fire causes $600 000 worth of damage to Burlington home

The Ontario Fire Marshal’s office is investigating a blaze that caused $600 000 in damages to a Burlington home early this morning.

Burlington fire officials say improperly discarded oily rags were likely the cause of the blaze on Aberdeen Avenue.

Crews responded to the call before 2 a.m. No one was injured and there was no damage to surrounding homes.
