Family of stabbing victim not buying defence argument

Closing arguments were heard Tuesday for the panhandler accused of killing a St Catharines man nearly three and a half years ago on a Toronto street.

Nicole Kish is accused of killing Ross Hammond, 32. He was stabbed to death on August 9, 2007, after refusing to give a woman money.
