Ex: Rainbow Hill ‘unstable, manipulative’

An ex-girlfriend is speaking out tonight about the woman accused in the murder of two-year old Marissa Whalen.

Rainbow Hill, 28, of Fort Erie has been charged with second-degree murder in Marissa’s death.
