Exactly five years after dare devil Nik Wallenda walked on a tight rope across Niagara Falls. Tomorrow trapeze-artist Erendira Wallenda will try and one up him as she attempts to hang from a helicopter hovering over the falls by her teeth.

If she’s successful it will be one for the record books. Her husband Nik Wallenda, currently holds the world record for hanging from a helicopter by his teeth 250 metres in the air.

Thursday morning a helicopter will hover 300 feet about the Horseshoe falls as Erendira performs several aerial stunts followed by the grand finally when she hangs from her teeth. And although she’ll be doing something that most of us wouldn’t dare, for her it’s just another day in the life.

“This is something that I’ve done my entire life, since I was a little girl. So tomorrow I will wake up and have breakfast and I will go to work, just like you get up, you have breakfast and you go to work.”

In accordance with New York law, Erendira will be attached to a safety line during the stunt.
