Parents opposed to Ontario’s new sex ed curriculum are being called upon to keep their kids out of school Thursday.

The Canadian Families Alliance has organized Thursday’s protest as part of its “Empty Schools Campaign”.

The organization claims that the new curriculum, championed by premier Kathleen Wynne, is sexually explicit and age inappropriate.

Members also say it will lead to additional early pregnancies and an increase in sexually transmitted diseases.
