Emerald Lodge will not be licensed as a residential care facility

A residential care facility in Hamilton was quickly evacuated last month.
City officials say they have informed those in charge of the Emerald Lodge, it will not be licensing or subsidizing the facility any time soon. Matt Ingram has the story.
