Dundas man charged with impaired driving

A 40 year old man from Dundas has been arrested and charged with impaired driving.

Around 1:30 this morning a Hamilton police officer pulled the man over in the area of King Street West and Pearl Street North after the mans car was seen swerving in and out of its lane.

The man was arrested and transported to the police station, where he failed a breathalyze test.

The man was charged, and later released on a promise to appear to answer to the charges at a later date.
