Driver sprayed with ‘unknown substance’ in road rage incident: OPP

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a road rage incident in Brant County.
Police say two drivers and a passenger were involved in a verbal altercation on Adams St. around 3 p.m. Monday.
They say both drivers stopped their vehicles facing each other on the roadway.
“One of the drivers then got out of his vehicle, approached the driver’s side door of the other vehicle and sprayed both the driver and the passenger with an unknown substance,” said OPP in a news release. “The driver then quickly got back in his vehicle and left the area.”
The suspect is described as being tall, 20 to 30 years old, with balding shaved black hair and a thin build. He was wearing a grey shirt and glasses. The man’s vehicle is described as a silver Honda van.
Anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident and may have surveillance footage that could help identify the drivers is asked to contact OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
