Police were called to 674 Queenston Rd. after receiving several complaints about a silver car with one headlight in the parking lot.

Officers arrived on scene and saw the vehicle driving dangerously around the lot.

The vehicle briefly left the parking lot and when it returned, the driver got out and was arrested.

A 28-year-old man has been charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and mischief under $5,000.

The man’s 2005 Infinity G35 was seized for seven days.
